Happy Birthday Brain Love Colorado! 🧠💗

It’s been two years since I opened my practice. In that time, I’ve:

🧠 Added a new treatment modality (ask me about Low Energy Neurofeedback System)
💗 Invested in additional training in EMDR and neurofeedback
🧠 Expanded services by rebranding and bringing on more teammates
💗 Started teaching behavioral health classes at Front Range Community College in a program designed to build a prepared BH workforce
🧠 Made time for organizations and causes I care about
💗 Never once missed a school pick up for a meeting that could have been an email

We did it! Last week, Brain Love Colorado dropped off $700 of water, Gatorade, ready to eat food, soap, pads, tampons, deodorant, and wipes to FOCO Cafe to stock their Kindness Cupboard.

With the high in Fort Collins reaching over 100 for the past few days, we are so glad to have been able to help our neighbors. Thank you so so much to everyone who contributed to the drive.

You all, I'm so proud of this community. Hundreds of dollars of donations have come in to help support FOCO Cafe's Kindness Cupboard.

And... I think we can do more. I think we can raise at least another $200. And since all financial donations will be doubled by Brain Love Colorado, this is an additional $400 to help our neighbors. We can do it!

There are two more days to donate to Brain Love Colorado’s fundraiser for the FOCO Cafe’s Kindness Cupboard.

All financial donations to Brain Love Colorado on Venmo will be doubled and go to purchasing water, food and hygiene supplies for neighbors in need. For instance, your $10 donation becomes $20. $20 buys over 100 bottles of water for neighbors in need. A dollar well spent in this week’s heat.

From now until July 20th, Brain Love Colorado will be collecting donations for FOCO Cafe's Kindness Cupboard. Located just outside the cafe, the cupboard is available 24/7 and allows anyone in need to access food and hygiene products at no cost.

The cupboard's wishlist: readily consumable foods such as cans with pop tops or single packaged snacks and protein packs; bottled water or hydration drinks; hydration packs and personal hygiene products including wipes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, maxi pads and tampons.

Don't have time to shop? We get that. Venmo Brain Love Colorado and your donation will go towards purchasing items listed above. Brain Love Colorado will match every donation dollar for dollar.
