We're an inclusive community of practitioners, artists, and community members focused on making the most of life, ourselves, and the process. We specialize in technical coaching for aerial silks, sling, lyra, and aerial yoga with coaches that specialize in additional apparatuses and performance arts for pri
vate work. Our yoga program includes adaptive, trauma informed, beginner to advanced classes. We offer Slow Flow, Gentle, Buti Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, Philosophy, Balance/Vestibular focused, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) aware classes and trainings to help you find a holistic sense of health and wellbeing. We also offer cross training, flexibility, general fitness, and regenerative classes to teach you how to integrate and apply safe movement and mindset. Our community partners with experts in social justice, rehabilitative work, and mental health to provide you specialty workshops in menstrual cycle restoration, identity, anxiety and depression support, corrective exercise, pelvic floor, sound therapy, and endless others so you can tap into more tools to help yourself and your life feel empowered and supported.
