NOW HIRING: Home Finder / Foster Home Case Manager

Coalfield Family Services is seeking a compassionate and driven Home Finder / Foster Home Case Manager to recruit, train, and support foster families who provide care for children in the child welfare system.
⭐ Responsibilities:
* Recruit, screen, and assess prospective foster homes
* Complete foster home studies, safety checks, and documentation
* Provide ongoing support, training, and retention services to foster families
* Ensure foster homes meet all state licensing and agency requirements
* Conduct home visits and maintain regular contact with foster parents
* Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and DSS partners
* Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulations
* Support placement stability and child well-being
⭐ Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field preferred
* Experience in child welfare, foster care, or case management strongly preferred
* Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
* Ability to build trusting relationships with families
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
* Must pass background check and drug screening
Our office is located at 20824 Rt 52 Fort Gay, WV 25514. There will be days they work out of the office and days they’re out in the field. They may travel up to one hour to see clients.

Coalfield Family Services is seeking an experienced Case Manager – Team Leader to supervise foster care case management staff and ensure high-quality services for children and families.
⭐ Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support case managers and home finders
* Review documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality
* Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
* Manage a small caseload while leading team operations
* Ensure compliance with foster care licensing and regulatory standards
* Coordinate with leadership on program improvement and outcomes
* Participate in audits, QA reviews, and agency reporting
⭐ Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services)
* 2+ years experience in child welfare, foster care, or case management
* Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
* Strong knowledge of foster care systems and compliance standards
* Excellent leadership, documentation, and organizational skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
* Must pass background check and drug screening
