3 years of Ashlee!

Ashlee has been part of the Limitless family since August 2023, and it’s hard to put into words just how much she has poured into this clinic since then. She was off on maternity leave during her work anniversary in August! She has been so much more than a wonderful PTA and employee, she has become such a special friend. She cares deeply about her patients, gives so much of herself to the people around her, and has truly invested her heart into Limitless.

We are so lucky that we have gotten to watch Ashlee grow not only as a PTA, but as a mom. 🥹 She now has TWO precious little boys, and we are beyond lucky to watch her shine as a mom, while also remaining such an important part of our clinic.

Ashlee, thank you for loving this clinic like it’s your own, for being such a wonderful friend, and for everything you have given to Limitless over the years. We love you and are so thankful you’re part of this clinic that we have all built together.

Here’s to many more years!

It's another Tiger game day! We wanted to share some of these cute photos from the tailgate last week. We still can't get over how much fun this was, and how happy we are that football is back! 🏈

The Tigers will be on the road tonight facing Berryhill. It's another hot day, so let's keep these boys in your thoughts and prayers for no injuries and no problems with the heat!

💙 4 YEARS OF HUNTER! 💙

On 8/24/22, just a few months after opening Limitless, I made my very first hire, and somehow I got lucky enough for it to be Hunter. 🥹
Four years later, she has truly been my ride or die through all of it. She was there when Limitless was brand new and we were figuring things out as we went, and she has been beside me as this little clinic has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.
Hunter has been so much more than an employee. She’s been someone I can count on, laugh with, vent to, and trust completely. She has loved our patients, supported me through the crazy days, celebrated the good ones, and has been such a huge part of making Limitless what it is today. I've also had the honor of watching her get engaged, married, and become such a great mom! It's such a blessing to experience so many milestones with my amazing coworkers who have become the best of friends!

Happy 4 years, Hunter! I’m so thankful you took a chance on Limitless all those years ago. I truly can’t imagine this place without you, and I wouldn’t want to.

Here’s to many more years!!! 🫶🏼

Okay, I admit it... I’ve been terrible about posting my canine patients lately! 🫣🐾 So here are a few adorable faces that have been hanging out with me at Limitless over the last few weeks/months! I have a few more pups I still need to get some good pictures of, too. 💙

🐾 First up is Dot! Dot came to me following a L hip FHO, which is a type of canine hip surgery. This sweet girl is actually looking for her forever home! She is currently being fostered by an amazing lady in Tahlequah who is working with Waymaker Rescue to find Dot the perfect fit. 🥹❤️

🐾 Next is Rufus! Rufus came to physical therapy for hind limb weakness. He’s an older gentleman and can be a little timid at first, but once he warms up, he is such a sweet boy!

🐾 Daisy is our smiling golden girl! 😍 She’s actually a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, and she is absolutely stunning! Daisy has been dealing with some hip weakness and pain after apparently being a little too playful — which may be one of the cutest ways to end up needing physical therapy. 😂

🐾 And last, but definitely not least, is Bree! Bree was brought in for a front limb tendon injury, and I’m pretty sure she may be the most polite girl in the entire world. She is such a sweetheart!

I’ll share more about these guys (and some of my other puppy patients!) soon, but for now, here’s a little glimpse into the canine side of Limitless lately. 🐶🐾💙

And yes... treating these adorable faces really is part of my job. 😉

Happy Tuesday!

Today we would like to give a shout out to a new local business who has already been such a wonderful addition to our FTG community!

Suds Station is our new laundry service for the clinic! If you haven't stopped in yet, their facility is so nice, clean, and pretty. We have used their self serve washers and dryers (when Dr. Katie forgot to do the laundry at home....oops). And now we are set up on their wash and fold service so that never happens again!

Meet our newest Office Manager in training! 👶💙

Leanne is already putting her little assistant to work at the front desk! We're thinking Claire's first assignment should be calling the insurance companies... because there's no way anyone could tell her "no," right? 😂
Maybe she'll convince them to approve every visit, skip the paperwork, and never question another claim again. A clinic can dream!
Until then, we'll let her stick to greeting patients and stealing everyone's hearts. 🥹

Baby update! One month ago today, Ashlee welcomed her sweet baby boy, Everett! As you can tell, Jackson is loving his baby brother. Everett came a few weeks early, and weighed in close to 6 pounds, so he was teeny 🥹

Happy one month to this sweet bundle of joy! We miss Ashlee to pieces, but we want her to soak up all the baby bliss with these boys 💙

Happy 4th of July from all of us at Limitless Physical Therapy! 🇺🇸

Ember and Claire were here to help us be extra patriotic this week, and we couldn’t think of better little helpers to celebrate with. As we enjoy the holiday, we also want to take a moment to thank our military veterans for their courage, sacrifice, and service. We are so proud to be living in the USA and grateful for the freedom we get to enjoy every day. ❤️🤍💙
Please remember to stay safe with all your celebrations tonight and keep an eye out for your pets. Fireworks can be scary for our furry friends, so let’s make sure they are safe, comfortable, and close by 🐾❤️

Let me RE-INTRODUCE our newest PTA, Carlee! We are so thrilled to have her back. She completed a clinical rotation with us in November/December, and we are beyond lucky to snag her up.

✨️From Carlee: ✨️

I’m from Gore, OK and graduated the PTA program at CASC in Poteau in May 2026. I’m married and have one dog named Chief. I worked as a medical assistant for almost 9 years before going into the PT field. And I am very excited to continue learning and helping people feel their best 🥰

We also want to add, Carlee passed her state board exam in April, before even completing her PTA schooling. She is a phenomenal PTA, and we are already so impressed that she can take any patient thrown at her. We are so fortunate for her! ❤️
