great class tonight guys !!!

thought it would be fun to list the benefit of some of the poses from tonight's class

1) Balancing Table with crunches : Dandayamama Bharmanasana

building balance and body-breath awareness, enhancing spinal flexibility and strengthening core muscles.

2) Downward Dog to Plank rolls : Adho Mukha Svanasana Phalakasana Vinyasa

stretching, lengthening and strengthening hamstrings, spine, arms, shoulders and core muscles. builds awareness and focus

3)horse pose side stretch : vatayanasana (the side stretch we did in the squat flow)

strengthens the hips, knees and ankles , eases stiffness in the lower back, neck and shoulders. improves range of motion and cultivates awareness and focus

4)Butterfly Pose : Baddha Konasana

stretch to the inner thighs, strengthens connective tissues. boosts flexibility and range of motion in the hips/pelvis, shoulders and neck .

Tonight we’re still working on the lower body … this time focusing on strengthening and stamina as we move through some more heat building flows
