I spent years in the fitness industry counting macros, waking up at 4am, grinding through workouts. I looked fit, but I was completely burnt out.
Being fit and being healthy are not the same thing!! Once I stopped obsessing over quantity and started focusing on quality everything changed. Putting your health first can look different for everyone! It’s important to listen to your bodies individualized needs and focusing on not only “looking better” but feeling better.
