Either they have a bloated belly, endometriosis, or acne on their face.

Weight gain is a problem for many people.

I know it and I know how hard it is to lose weight.

But don’t you see how many people struggle with weight gain and so it should make you question the standard dieting practice.??

They tell us to avoid carbs and focus on protein…

Why so many people struggle with excess weight then?

It is exactly why.

People believe carbs make you fat !!!!

It’s not true. Yes maybe the wrongs carbs do.

I have stable weight for many many years even after having 2 kids and I most eat carbs.

It drives me crazy when people say I look the way I do because of genetics. 🙄

As someone who’s struggled with hormonal imbalance and gone through two pregnancies, I was the first to start gaining weight and losing hair even before having kids.

Pregnancy wrecked my stomach, just like it does for so many women.

But I’ve been eating healthy for 12 years and recently started lifting weights as I love it ! 🏋️‍♀️

So please, don’t call it genetics-it’s about overcoming challenges, making healthy choices, and staying consistent.

HERE ARE JUST SOME OF THEM👇

1. Prioritize your health. It’s all great when you are young but very soon you might be surprised how your health starts collapsing. Focus on healthy foods, fitness etc. BALANCING HORMONES Is a base to start from.

2. Having a right partner. Choose wisely. Take your time and choose wisely. I believe it should be forbidden to get married before 30. Take time to get to know yourself before commiting.

3. Prioritize your relationship. Connection with the other person is as important for your healing journey as is a green smoothie on daily basis.

4. Let’s talk about s€x. I don’t know why it is a taboo topic probably because of religion but let’s normalize talking about our s€xual needs and preferences.

4. STOP WATCHING P**N. Won’t explain much here but SIMPLY STOP.

I can talk about it over and over.

The base will always be HEALTHY LIFESTYLE & HEALTHY RUTINE each day. Without a healthy body nothing is gonna work in your life.

Sure, acne can be frustrating and difficult to manage, but I’m tired of seeing people online normalize the symptoms and ignore the root causes.

Many influencers and even some professionals recommend creams, pills, and even birth control pills to treat acne. While these can offer temporary relief, it’s 2024 and we know how harmful these products can be in the long run.

Your skin, being the largest organ, needs proper care from within. A poor diet and unhealthy lifestyle can wreak havoc on your skin, leading to persistent acne.
