Nothing means more than the trust of our patients.
This patient came to us for an upper eyelid blepharoplasty hoping to look more refreshed while still looking completely like herself. Her words — “I still look like myself, just refreshed” — are exactly what we strive for.
We’re so grateful for her kind review and for trusting our entire team with her care.

Starting our 26th year working together with David O’Brien.
David is an exceptional anesthetist whose professionalism, skill, and calm presence have been an important part of our surgical team for more than two decades. Just as importantly, I have been fortunate to call him a good friend.
Twenty-five years behind us—and still going strong. I am grateful for the many years of trust, teamwork, and friendship.

Under-Eye Bags? No Visible Scar.

A transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty is one of the most effective ways to restore a refreshed, well-rested appearance—without an external skin incision. The procedure is performed from inside the lower eyelid, leaving no visible scar.
Ideal for patients with:
✔️ Puffy under-eye bags
✔️ A tired or aged appearance
✔️ A desire for natural-looking results
When appropriate, we combine this procedure with fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing to improve fine lines and skin texture for a more complete rejuvenation.
The key to exceptional results isn’t simply removing fat—it is knowing how much to remove or preserve. That is where specialized oculoplastic surgical experience and artistry make all the difference.

✔️ Performed in our office operating suite
✔️ IV sedation
✔️ Under one hour
✔️ Natural, refreshed results

One year ago today our sweet boy Winston crossed the rainbow bridge, way too young. His little sister Peppa has been lonely. This week we welcome Alfie to the family. He’s a sweet and friendly little fella.
