Chronic Hip pain is often the result of a body that has been carrying weight unevenly for years.
One leg feels heavier when you walk.
You lean onto one hip without realizing it.
You sit shifted to one side while driving.
One foot turns out more than the other.
Standing still feels more exhausting than it should.
Your low back tightens every time you try to “fix your posture.”
Most people keep trying to stretch the hip while the entire structure above and below it keeps pulling unevenly through the pelvis.
The body adapts to force.
If the rib cage is compressed, the pelvis changes.
If the feet collapse, the hips compensate.
If the spine cannot rotate well, the hip absorbs more load than it was designed to handle.
The hip is rarely acting alone.
What if the tension in your hip is actually your body trying to stabilize a structure that no longer feels supported?
What changes when the body no longer has to grip to keep you upright?
How different would movement feel if your body stopped pulling against itself all day long?
Structural Integration works with fascia and whole-body alignment so force can move more efficiently through the body instead of accumulating into the hips, pelvis, and low back.
