Dr A and his beautiful 80 yr young patient were so pleased with the natural looking results of her tear trough treatment and 3 sessions of Sculptra Aesthetics treatments that we decided to post her pics again.

Did you know that one of Dr Astaphan specialties is natural looking injectable aesthetics for mature patients? Some of these injections techniques include under eye hollows or fat pad budging also known as tear trough enhancement and smoothing deep lines around the lips and lower face.

This amazing 80 year old patient wanted non-surgical facial rejuvenation without looking “over done”. Dr A was happy to help.
He treated her with a combination of HA dermal fillers, tox, and Sculptra. She recently finished her 3rd session of Sculptra. Her Sculptra results of firmer, less crepey, glowing skin will continue to improve over time and treatments. A rule of thumb is one vial of Sculptra per decade of life.

This patient’s eyebrows were too heavy to properly inject with a tox. He also did not like the loss of volume around his brows.

Joseph Astaphan MD used his “aesthetic magic eraser™️” HA dermal filler technique” to smooth out this patient’s deep, static forehead lines and fill and lift his brows.

Only a highly experienced advanced injector should attempt these off-label corrections with dermal fillers.
