This Thursday, we’re planting with purpose. 🌑🌱

The New Moon offers us a natural moment to turn inward, get intentional, and consider what we’re ready to nurture in the season ahead.

Join Rochelle Sapp for a guided evening of meditation, reflection, intention setting, seed planting, and Reiki integration.

We’ll explore some of what’s happening with the moon and stars, consider how those themes may be showing up in our everyday lives, and create space to plant not only physical seeds — but energetic ones as well.

No experience with meditation, Reiki, or astrology is needed. Just come curious and open to reflection.

Last Thursday, our community gathered for Harmonizing Healing — an evening of sound, stillness, rest, and space to simply receive.

There’s something special about choosing to slow down together, and we’re grateful to everyone who shared the room with us.

And this week, we’re shifting from rest to intention. 🌑🌱

This Thursday, join us for New Moon: Planting with Purpose — a guided evening of meditation, reflection, intention setting, seed planting, and Reiki integration.

We’ll explore what we’re ready to nurture in the season ahead and bring those intentions into something tangible.

We spend a lot of time asking what we want to change.
Maybe a better question is: what are we willing to grow? 🌱

A new season can be an invitation to get a little more intentional about where our energy is going.
What are you ready to begin?
What deserves more care?
What are you tired of continuing to water?
And what possibility are you finally ready to make room for?

You don't need to have all the answers.
Sometimes simply asking the question is where the shift begins.

This Thursday, we’ll explore these ideas together during New Moon: Planting with Purpose — using meditation, reflection, intention setting, seed planting and Reiki to bring some of those intentions out of our heads and into something tangible.

What am I ready to plant next?
Not simply what we want—but what we are willing to nurture, practice, make space for, and grow.

Tomorrow evening, we invite you to lie down, settle into your breath, and allow the vibrations of singing bowls to fill the space around you.

Harmonizing Healing: Singing Bowls for the Soul is an opportunity to step outside the noise of the week and spend 90 minutes simply receiving—resting the body, quieting the mind, and creating a little more space within.

A new month. A changing season. And four Thursday evenings created to give us a little room to come back to ourselves. ✨

As summer begins to soften toward fall, we're filling our evenings at One Hand Care with opportunities to rest, reflect, explore, release and reconnect—in very different ways.

🔔 September 3 — Harmonizing Healing
Settle in and let the sounds of singing bowls wash over you.

🌑 September 10 — NEW MOON
Meditation, reflection, intention setting, seed planting, Reiki—and a little exploration of what's happening in the moon and stars and how it may be showing up in our own lives.

✨ September 17 — Reiki Rising
An evening of shared Reiki, energetic exchange and intentional presence.

🌬️ September 24 — Recapitulation Journey
Our shamanic journey returns with breathwork, visualization and reflection designed to help us release what we're ready to stop carrying and reclaim some of that energy for ourselves.

All four gatherings are held at Heart & Soul Yoga & Wellness in Oakland Park from 6:30–8 PM.
As always, our OHC community events are donation-based with a $20 suggested donation.
