A new web-based survey of people reveals the most important key elements people consider when choosing a plastic surgeon. Researchers found that patients gave precedence to factors like the surgeon’s experience, certification, and years of practice more than factors related to public presence, like TV show appearances and social media.

Lighting, backdrop, and focal length (the distance between a camera lens and its subject) should be unchanged from one image to the next.
