Please remember:
• The City of Ocala will only communicate through official City-managed accounts.
• We will never contact you from personal or third-party accounts.
• We will never request payments through apps like Zelle or Cash App.
If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent the City and you are unsure, do not engage. Instead, contact the City of Ocala Public Information Office at 352-629-8314 to verify.
