There are so many layers of muscles on the human body. Here I am warming up around the shoulders and shoulder blade so I am able to get a little deeper to work on specific muscles.

Most clients have tightness in the neck and shoulders, especially since we live in an age where technology is so prevalent.

Looking down at our phones, sitting at desks staring at computer screens, not being conscious of our posture and then adding stress from our everyday lives, it's no wonder this is the number one complaint! 😩
