Meet , the owner of Fight Like Hell Fitness. She is a fitness and nutrition coach and comes in proactively once a month for adjustments. We utilize Diversified, Flexion and Distraction, Drop, Arthrostim and PNF techniques to keep her in the fight. Thanks for trusting me with your care Bridgett.

For the past 10 weeks though, we’ve switched roles as she has been assisting me through an injury. Needless to say, she has been stretching me “like hell” to improve my ROM and the results have been excellent. She is knowledgeable, intuitive and skilled at what she does.
