I've been a licensed massage therapist for 9 years, an esthetician for 2 years, and currently teach massage therapy at the Aveda Institute.
I specialize in Orthopedic Massage, Medical Massage, and Myokinetics, helping clients find relief from chronic pain, sciatica, tech neck, postural imbalances, headaches, and mobility restrictions. My approach is assessment-based and focused on addressing the root cause—not just the symptoms.

Shoulder tension. Low back pain. Tight hips.

These areas are often connected, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all massage.

In today's session, I combined IASTM, forearm work, elbow techniques, and targeted hands-on bodywork to address restrictions and improve mobility where the body needed it most.

Every session is customized based on what I find during assessment—not just where it hurts, but why it hurts.

I am thrilled to share that I will be joining the Aveda Institute as a part-time Massage Therapy Instructor beginning June 3rd!
For nearly a decade, I've had the privilege of helping clients through massage therapy, myofascial release, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, and more. Now, I'm excited to help educate and inspire the next generation of massage therapists.
Teaching has always been something I've felt called to do. I love sharing knowledge, helping others grow, and watching confidence develop through hands-on learning.
Don't worry—this does not mean I'm leaving my practice! I will continue seeing clients at Elite Massage Therapy & Skin Care and remain committed to providing the same personalized care you've come to expect.

I’m excited to officially announce that I’ve accepted a position as a Part-Time Massage Educator with avedaflorida.edu⁠� in Fort Myers. ✨
Teaching has always been something close to my heart because I truly love the “why” behind the work — not just techniques, but understanding the body, fascia, movement, and helping future therapists build confidence in their hands and their critical thinking.
From advanced myofascial work and cranial sacral techniques to lymphatic drainage and structural bodywork, I’m grateful for every mentor, client, and experience that helped shape my path.
I’ll continue operating Elite Massage Therapy & Skin Care while stepping into this new chapter as an educator, and I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity.

Big milestone for me yesterday ✨
I completed my first dermaplaning client session after recently becoming certified with dermaplanepro.com⁠�
I’m not officially adding dermaplaning to my service menu just yet because I want to continue practicing, refining my timing, and perfecting the experience before fully launching it. But I’m honestly so excited about the results and the potential this treatment has for my clients 🤍
This session was great practice, and seeing that fresh, smooth glow afterward made me even more motivated to continue learning and growing in aesthetics.
