✨ Member Spotlight: Isabella Lukas✨

We are excited to welcome Isabella “Izzy” as our newest member to the Ritual Wellness Colkective! Izzy is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the founder of BellaSattva, a holistic massage therapy practice rooted in intentional care, nervous system support, and whole-person wellness.

Izzy’s approach is thoughtful, inclusive, and deeply personalized. She believes wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and her work is centered on helping clients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and create more ease and awareness in their everyday lives.

Beyond massage therapy, Izzy is passionate about holistic living, creativity, nature, yoga, qi gong, and community-building. She brings that same curiosity and intention into her work as an entrepreneur, where she is focused on building a sustainable wellness practice that supports both her clients and her own well-being.

Through BellaSattva, Izzy is creating a space for grounded healing, meaningful connection, and a more intentional relationship with the body.

Sooooo can we talk about the evening of breath and abundance last night? We sold out our Baddies Do Breathwork event, and we could not have had a more beautiful space to connect, breathe, and manifest abundance.
The transformation after one breath session is remarkable. Yes, you leave feeling lighter, hopefully you sleep really well, but it’s the last impact of witnessing how unlocking your breath can allow your energy, intention, and abundance flow more freely in your daily life. From this state, you can create, manifest, and do anything you put your mind to.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Moonflower Market • Coffee + Matcha for collaborating on this incredible evening, being our abundant hosts and ALWAYS cultivating such a beautiful vibe and experience of sisterhood.
Thank you to Sunshine Cheese and Sweets for nourishing us and feeding us with custom charcuterie cups for a post Breathwork snack. We are always ravenous after a good breath session, iykyk.
None of this is possible without Alva Ways and her incredible guidance and education on Transformational Breathwork.

Natalie Natalie 🪷 Guerra Composition Chrysalis 🦋 is our resident sound healer at Ritual Wellness Space and she is bringing her wisdom and expertise into our Ritual Retreat this weekend!
Join us Saturday, October 10th at 10 am for a four hour mini retreat designed to help you connect back to your calm and a deeper sense of self!
This retreat is centering around themes of your path in life, connecting to purpose, and the power of prayer and speaking your intentions into the universe.
Composition Chrysalis 🦋 will facilitate a gorgeous sound bath for us as we connect deeper with a guide imagery journey with Jill B, CHt
Our special guest Danielle Artigo will be introducing us to angelic reiki and guide us through a self-healing session 👼
