✨ Meet the Team: Elizabeth Termilus, Student Intern ✨
We are excited to welcome Elizabeth Termilus to the BreakFree Therapy Services team! 💙
Elizabeth is a Student Intern pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Florida Gulf Coast University, with an anticipated graduation in 2027. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care while building meaningful connections with every client she serves.
Elizabeth has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, substance use disorders, and life transitions. Her clinical training includes both outpatient community counseling and inpatient residential treatment settings, where she developed a strong foundation in helping clients work through complex emotional and behavioral challenges with empathy and respect.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed, existential, and multicultural perspectives, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and move toward meaningful growth. Elizabeth believes that healing happens through authentic connection and collaboration, and she is committed to helping each client feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Part 1 of 2: 🤍 Welcome to the team, Anna-Liisa Bramwell, MS, RD, LD!

Anna-Liisa Bramwell is a Registered Dietitian, and received a Master of Science in Nutrition from Saint Elizabeth University. Her career has been shaped by a deep commitment to serving complex and underserved populations. Her experience as a dietitian has spanned a wide range of populations, including individuals with developmental disorders, eating disorders and disordered eating, substance use disorder, and chronic disease.

Anna-Liisa’s warm, individualized approach to nutrition care allows her clients to feel genuinely seen and supported. She uses an evidence-based method, tailoring her interventions to reflect each person’s unique needs and lived experiences. Her dual foundation in culinary nutrition and clinical dietetics gives her a distinctive, whole person approach through which she views food, nourishment, and recovery.

Anna-Liisa was featured in a 2023 interview recognizing her role in amplifying nutrition’s place within addiction treatment. Her cross-disciplinary experience makes her a skilled and compassionate clinician across a wide range of populations and care environments.
