🛠️🪚HEALTHY WAYS TO CELEBRATE FATHER’S
DAY…
🚴🏽♀️ Outdoor Activities: Plan a scenic hike, bike ride or nature walk. Kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing make for a great time too! Family sports like basketball, tennis or pickleball can prove to be an awesome time for the whole family to connect.
🥘 Gather Around The Table: Plan a family bbq cook off or make a special dish that dad loves. Family brunch is also a great idea with family style dishes that encourage sharing and passing of plates.
🪜Help Pops with some of the tasks he has yet to complete. Maybe it’s cutting the lawn or washing the car- sweeping the garage or power washing the sidewalk. Take a load off his shoulders and let him relax.
Wellness: Sign up for a family gym membership, group classes or stretch session. Don’t forget we have chiropractic care packages, massage packages and more!
