September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Ovarian cancer is not common. But because it often goes undetected until it is in an advanced stage, it is the number one cause of deaths from gynecologic cancer in the United States.

For many women, stress incontinence and excess weight aren’t two separate problems; they’re often connected. The study is evaluating an investigational oral medication for adult women living with stress urinary incontinence and a BMI of 27 or higher.
