Most chiropractic offices are wham-bam, in-and-out. High volume, low depth.
That’s not us.
We might be fast, but we have depth.
Also, here’s something I don’t think enough people talk about: most offices only have ONE doctor. Which means they can really only help ONE type of patient well.
I’ve seen other owners try to turn every new hire into a copy of themselves instead of letting them build their own specialty and valuing their God-given gifts. To me, that’s not just bad for the employee, it’s bad for the patients who could’ve been served more precisely; AND it’s bad for the employer to have less skill sets serving his community! Wild lol. Team work makes the dream work, baby. 🤘🏼
In the new building, every doctor has their own area of expertise. That’s not an accident.
Have you ever felt a doctor didn’t actually TRY to help you or figure it out? How? Did they deny ordering labs for you? Didn’t do a proper exam? Tell me what happened, I wanna know.
It’s really quite sad that that is all it really takes to set you apart in healthcare.
