It was great connecting today with tomorrow’s future workforce at Cape Technical College!

We met so many motivated young adults learning valuable skills and preparing to enter the workforce — from CNAs, LPNs and Medical Assistants to Veterinary Assistants, Automotive Technicians, construction and HVAC professionals, and so much more.

One of the best parts of the day was sharing the mission behind Executive Home Care and seeing how many students immediately wanted to know, “How can we help?”

Some asked about volunteering their time and talents to create meaningful experiences for our clients, while others wanted to stay connected so that once they are licensed and able to work within their professional scope, they can continue making a difference.

That’s what made today so special. We didn’t just meet potential future employees — we met future healthcare professionals, skilled tradespeople, community partners, and young adults who genuinely want to use what they’re learning to help others.

Thank you, Cape Technical College, for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to connect with the next generation of our workforce. We’re excited to see where their futures take them!
