Remember to wear your sunglasses, transition glasses and hats when doing outdoor activities 😎👁

UV protection protects against sun damage in the eye that can show up as
*pigmented spots / discolouration spots
*new growths on eyelids
*macular degeneration
*cataract formation and progression
Among others!

If you don’t currently have sunglasses/transition glasses, you can pass by our office so we can help you protect your eyes ☀️🕶
