All about the mindset.

Most people approach this from a place of restriction.

“I can’t drink,” and it feels exactly like that. Like something is being taken away from you.

So your focus stays on what you are missing, which is why it feels like a constant battle.

But when that shifts to “I don’t need it anymore,” everything changes.

You are not depriving yourself; you are stepping out of something that was not serving you.

Better sleep.
A clear head.
More control over your decisions.
Less regret to carry around.

That is not restriction; that is relief.

And that is what makes it stick.

If you are still stuck in the “I can’t” mindset, that is the part to work on first.
