1. Make a meal in a disposable container.
2. Drop off easy-grab items: fruit, meat and cheese, protein shakes.
3. Bring paper plates, napkins or to go containers for leftovers.
4. Shovel their sidewalk, mow their lawn, do laundry or the dishes.
5. Sit with them... visit and be present.
