Many POTS symptoms come back to one thing: autonomic nervous system imbalance.

Your autonomic nervous system has two main sides:
Parasympathetic (“rest and digest”)
Helps slow the heart rate, support digestion & allow the body to recover.

Sympathetic (“fight or flight”)
Increases heart rate, redirects blood flow & prepares the body to respond to stress.
