Trying to take care of myself, take care of my people, build something I’m proud of, keep my peace, stay somewhat active, drink enough water, eat enough protein, and remember why I walked into this room.

Some days I’m absolutely nailing it.

Why get a massage at Fount of Wellness?

Because I don’t believe massage has to hurt to be beneficial.
