✅️1. We don’t assume every symptom is “just hormones.”
We look at thyroid function, iron and ferritin, insulin resistance, nutrient deficiencies, sleep, inflammation, medication effects, and other contributors.
✅️2. We don’t treat the lab range instead of the patient.
Labs give us information, but symptoms, response to treatment, timing, delivery method, and individual physiology matter too.
✅️3. We don’t keep using the same delivery method when it clearly isn’t working.
Patch, oral, topical, vaginal, or injectable therapy can behave very differently depending on the patient.
✅️4. We don’t make random dose changes and hope for the best.
We adjust intentionally, allow enough time when appropriate, and reassess what actually changed.
✅️5. We keep investigating when the basic plan doesn’t fix the problem.
Because persistent fatigue, weight gain, poor sleep, low libido, brain fog, and joint pain deserve more than: “Your labs are normal.”
