The 74-year-old triathlete has more in common with the 40-year-old athlete than the sedentary 74-year-old.
👉Most people think aging causes weakness, fatigue, frailty, loss of independence, falls, insulin resistance, and poor health.
But much of what we blame on "getting older" is actually loss of muscle mass, loss of strength, and loss of metabolic health.
This is why my focus isn't simply hormone replacement or weight loss.
It's preserving muscle.
