💡 New Staff Spotlight 💡

Help us give a warm welcome to Mrs. Lillie- our new receptionist/office assistant! Mrs. Lillie will be the new warm face that welcomes you as you walk in the door and the voice you hear on the other end of the phone! She will be ready to answer any general questions you have and/or direct you to the correct administrator.

She and her husband are Fort Smith transplants who join us from Paris, Texas! She enjoys hiking, going to the movie theatre, and shopping. She has 3 cats at home, and her husband currently is DO school at ACHE.

Don’t worry, Mrs. Maria will still be scheduling appointments and helping with all scheduling needs from her own office!

We are so excited for her to join us and help with making our office operations run smoothly! Welcome, Lillie!

This week, we’re in Las Vegas at a private practice owners conference (PedzaPalooza) investing in ourselves so we can continue investing in Sprouts Therapy Center. Were eager to learn more about leadership, management, growth, and creating smoother systems and processes that will help our team and our families thrive 🌱

But this trip is extra special because we were able to bring our babies with us 🤍

Sprouts was born from a dream to build something meaningful for families- and our own children are a huge part of the WHY behind that dream. We are proud to be a woman-owned, family-owned, and family-centered business, and we want the way we lead our organization to reflect those values.

We are incredibly grateful to our husbands for tagging along to hold down the fort while we step away to learn. Their continued support is one of our biggest blessings.

When we say family-centered, we mean it- in our business, in our team, and in our own lives!

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we loved celebrating the beautiful cultures, traditions, and people that make our Sprouts family so special!

We are especially grateful for our amazing bilingual team members, who help us connect with, support, and advocate for our Spanish-speaking children and families every day. Their ability to make families feel heard, understood, and at home is such a gift to our clinic.

Yesterday was filled with smiles, fun, and a little extra celebration with our kiddos! We are so thankful for the diversity within our Sprouts family and the opportunity to celebrate it together. 🌱
