We also enjoyed a festive costume parade filled with plenty of Halloween Spirit! 🎉👻

🧠🎃 Our residents had a fun time testing their skills in some Halloween-themed games! They dug through Frankenstein’s Brain to see who could find the most eyeballs in the fastest time. 🧠🎃

They also enjoyed a festive Pumpkin Ring Toss, showing off their aim and cheering each other on. These spooky activities brought smiles, excitement, and plenty of Halloween spirit to our day!🎃🍂

Our Methodist Village team enjoyed attending the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce 2026 Annual Meeting and celebrating another year of growth and opportunity in our community.

🎃🐈‍⬛Halloween Canvas Painting🎃🐈‍⬛

Our residents enjoyed the afternoon painting for Halloween & bringing festive designs to life! They painted Halloween cats & pumpkins alongside children who were enjoying their Fall Break Friday!🍂

It was a wonderful opportunity for our residents & young visitors to spend time together, celebrate the season, & create special memories. 🧡

This FREE two-part class covers:

•Hands -on training
•Practical care giving techniques
•Communication strategies
•Stress management

November classes will be held Tuesday, November 3rd and Tuesday, November 10th, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Participants should plan to attend both sessions.

✨ Calling All River Valley Nurses: Carrying the Torch for Those Who Cleared the Path ✨
Every day, we step onto the floor because someone showed us what it means to care. But what happens when a fellow nurse’s shift on earth comes to an end?
of The Nurses Honor Guard of the River Valley ensures that no nurse goes to their final rest without being deeply honored. We attend services in traditional uniform—capes, caps, and all—to present a flower, light the Nightingale lamp, and officially release them from their earthly duties.
It is incredibly powerful. But we need the next generation of nurses to help keep this beautiful tradition alive.
Whether you’ve been in scrubs for one year or ten, your presence matters. Joining the Honor Guard doesn't take a massive time commitment, but it gives grieving families a peace they will never forget.
