Did you know: having ADHD increases the likelihood of having co-occurring conditions. For example: -Compared to females without ADHD, girls and women with ADHD are more likely to have a behavioral or mood disorder. -A research study by Biederman et al. (2007) found females with ADHD were 3.6 times more likely to have an eating disorder compared to females without ADHD. -And, ADHD has also been linked to developmental conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental coordination disorder, and sensory processing problems (though research has not yet found if girls or boys with ADHD are more likely to have these conditions). Need a healthy way to cool off this summer? Try this popsicle recipe — Berry Banana Smoothie Pops! These popsicles are a great way to enjoy traditional smoothie ingredients in a different form! They're perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Try them as a dessert or a snack.

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup blackberries
2 cups strawberries, sliced (with green tops)
1 cup blueberries
1 banana, chopped
2 cups green grapes, sliced
1 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon mint, chopped
OPTIONAL: 1 teaspoon chia seeds

METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer blended fruit mixture into popsicle molds and freeze 3-4 hours or until hardened. Enjoy!
