Meet Juan Carrillo, LPC, LCDC, M.Ed., M.A.

Cactus Health Clinic is proud to offer counseling services with Juan Carrillo, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

Juan provides treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, trauma, grief and loss, substance use concerns, adjustment difficulties, sports performance issues, and more. His approach is client-centered, down-to-earth, and tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), motivational techniques, psychodynamic approaches, and other therapeutic methods, Juan helps clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
