💙Something I tell clients often is how important it is for them to filter their water. That goes for water you drink AND bathe in!

⚠️There are a lot of chemical and metal toxins that can be found in tap water and since your skin is your largest organ, they can be easily absorbed into your body & cause issues. I see it constantly in my practice and it can cause a whole host of issues for your nervous system.

💧Adding a filter to your shower, fridge, or incorporating a water bottle/pitcher into your kitchen is an easy way to prevent that!
