Important Notice: Office Closure Due to Hurricane

Due to the approaching hurricane and evacuation orders beginning at noon today, High Tide Behavioral Health will be closing at 12:00 PM today, Thursday, October 8, and will remain closed all day Friday, October 9.

With increased traffic expected as evacuations begin, we have made this decision to prioritize the safety of our patients and staff, while also allowing our team time to prepare their homes and families for the storm.

All appointments scheduled during this closure will need to be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to ensure everyone’s safety.

Please stay safe, take necessary precautions, and follow local emergency guidance.

Meet Our Patient Coordinator – Aspen! 🩵

We’re excited to introduce Aspen, our Patient Coordinator at High Tide Behavioral Health!

Aspen is one of the friendly faces you’ll connect with when scheduling appointments or reaching out to our office. She is passionate about helping our patients and is committed to making each interaction a positive and welcoming experience.

Aspen recently graduated from Niceville high school and has exciting plans to work in our nation’s beautiful National Parks in the future. Until then, we’re grateful to have her as part of the High Tide Behavioral Health team!

Outside of work, Aspen enjoys playing the guitar, hiking, drawing, and traveling. Her adventurous spirit, creativity, and caring personality make her a wonderful addition to our practice.

Meet Our Office Manager – Anastacia! 🩵

When you walk through the doors of High Tide Behavioral Health, one of the first smiling faces you’ll see is Anastacia! She is our Office Manager and is dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and supported from the moment they arrive.

Anastacia is a proud military wife and devoted mom to two young children. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is passionate about helping create a warm, positive experience for every patient who visits or contacts our office.

When she’s not at work, you can find her working out, reading a good book, spending quality time with her kids, or enjoying a day at the beach.

Anastacia is here to help make your experience with High Tide Behavioral Health as smooth and stress-free as possible—from scheduling appointments to answering questions and helping you feel at ease from your very first interaction.
