🌈 10 Years of Living Free — Thank You

Today, I’m celebrating 10 years of Living Free Therapy Services LLC. 💜🌈

Ten years.

When I look back, I’m amazed by the journey — because it started one way and has ended up looking so very different than I ever imagined.

It started with a dream, a lot of heart, uncertainty, doubts, and some pretty big leaps of faith.

And somewhere along the way, that dream became so much more.

It became a calling.
It became connection.
It became growth.
It became a place where people could show up exactly as they are and begin the courageous work of becoming who they were meant to be.

The road hasn’t always been easy. There have been lessons, challenges, unexpected turns, growth, joy, and moments that have stretched me in ways I never anticipated. But through it all, there have been the most incredible people walking alongside me.

To every client who has trusted me and allowed me to walk alongside you during some of life’s hardest, bravest, and most transformative moments: thank you.

Your courage, vulnerability, growth, and resilience are reminders of why this work matters so much. It is an extraordinary privilege to witness people finding their voice, reclaiming their lives, healing old wounds, and discovering what it means to truly live free.

Every story matters.
Every step forward matters.
Every brave decision to keep going matters.

And just like the rainbow in this image, I’m reminded that sometimes the most beautiful parts of the journey come after the storm. 🌈

This is bigger than me.
It’s about all of us.

So today, I’m not only celebrating 10 years in business. I’m celebrating 10 years of trust, transformation, courage, connection, and hope.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for believing in the work. Thank you for allowing Living Free to be a small part of your story.

Here’s to everything we’ve shared, everything we’ve overcome, and everything that’s still ahead.

In this space you are safe always. As a professional, I agree with others that conversion therapy is unethical so regardless of legal status, run from any professional who would practice this.

🚨 BREAKING: The Supreme Court just LEGALIZED Conversion Therapy in all 50 states. 🏳️‍🌈💔

The Supreme Court ruled 8-1 to strip away all conversion therapy bans for LGBTQ+ youth across America. And most people still have no idea it happened.

There was no real patient. A Christian counselor sued the state of Colorado claiming she might want to practice conversion therapy on a gay client …someday. She had never done it.

The client she built her whole case around was completely made up. A hypothetical.

And today 8 out of 9 Supreme Court justices said that was enough to gut protections for all LGBTQ+ kids across the country.

You should know that the American Psychological Association, the American Medical Association, and the American Academy of Pediatrics have all said the same thing: conversion therapy is harmful, it doesn’t work, and it is directly linked to depression, self-harm and s*icide in LGBTQ+ youth. The court heard all of that and ruled anyway. The court declared these bans unconstitutional, making conversion therapy effectively legal in all 50 states. States that fought for years to protect their kids just had those laws thrown out.

Oh…and two of the three liberal justices, Kagan and Sotomayor, voted with the conservatives.

Only one justice voted NO. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson stood alone in an 8-1 ruling to protect LGBTQ+ kids. The Trevor Project says this will traumatize an entire generation.

No “free speech” argument should ever legalize the professional, institutionalized, state-sponsored abuse of children.

To all my LGBTQ+ followers: I love you and I am so proud of you. You love yourself enough to push against a world full of bigotry — because you are so fu***ng strong. That is your superpower. Life has thrown so much at you, and you got through all of it and more…
