We offer a special focus on Sinus and Allergy Disorders, Sleep Apnea, vertigo and Hearing Loss. We believe in comprehen

sive medical management including testing for and treating allergies. With this approach, the majority of patients will not require sinus surgery. To quickly and accurately diagnose our patients, we have the following available:

High definition video imaging of the nose, sinuses, ears and throat
In office CT scanner
Allergy testing
Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center
Audiology

We offer the option of minimally invasive office procedures. Dr. Boole has over 20 years of experience with Balloon Sinuplasty which may allow for the resolution of sinus symptoms with little or no downtime/missed work. For more complex cases, Dr. Boole has privileges at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center with a comprehensive collection of the most advanced surgical instruments. For the advanced treatment of allergies, we offer Sublingual Immunotherapy. This is an effective method of teaching the immune system to be more tolerant to the environment. This therapy is done in your own home without the need for weekly shots or frequent office visits. The diagnosis and treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a passion for Dr. Boole. He is board certified in Sleep Medicine. We offer the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment:

Home Sleep Studies – most people can be diagnosed in the comfort of their own bed

In-lab Sleep studies – available in various locations including, soon in the same building as the ENT clinic. We are an Earlens provider to further assist our patients with their hearing loss. The philosophy of this practice is to provide access to the most up-to-date and effective care available. Your best outcome is our priority.

Who has had a chance to meet NP Burnett?

Katie Moore Burnett, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is our newest Nurse Practitioner at Northwest Florida ENT, where she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in otolaryngology.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. She later completed her post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner certification at Maryville University.

She brings a diverse clinical background in family practice, neurosurgery, and urgent care, equipping her with a broad and well-rounded foundation in evidence-based medicine. Katie is known for her thoughtful, individualized approach to care, ensuring each patient feels heard, informed, and supported throughout their treatment journey.

She, along with the other Advanced Practitioners, are an important part of the Northwest Florida ENT care team.

They help us provide outstanding, personalized care while also making it easier for patients to be seen sooner.

Today, our Advanced Practitioners joined Dr. Boole in Jacksonville for a hands-on Surgical Anatomy Lab focused on the sinuses and ears.

Dr. Boole had the opportunity to provide instruction while the team expanded their knowledge of surgical anatomy, treatment techniques, and in-office procedures—all with one goal in mind: bringing the highest level of care back to our patients here at Northwest Florida ENT.

We’re proud of a team that is always learning, growing, and investing in excellence.
