Therapists should be
non-judgmental, unbiased, and neutral. We should treat all with dignity, respect, and unconditional positive regard. Therapists should teach coping skills, communication skills, emotional regulation along with boundaries in order to cope with conflict in relationships.

More mental-health professionals appear to be espousing their own ideology or adopting cultural trends, such as encouraging victimhood and estrangement.
