Imposter Syndrome is one of the most common human experiences, and often misunderstood. It's the persistent feeling that you're a fraud, that your accomplishments aren't truly deserved, and that others will eventually "find you out" (even despite evidence of your competence).

According to one study published in the National Library of Medicine, 62% of participants reported having this experience. Know that there are strategies to navigate these feelings and you don't have to do it alone.
