Finally, power is back at my house! We were some of the last in the neighborhood to get it restored after a blown transformer. Slept for nine and a half hours straight – amazing! So glad to ditch the canned tuna and rice cakes for a real meal.

Whew! We survived Isaias and we even still have power! God is good.

We've been praying for all of our patients & our community during this crazy time. Lots of yard debris & power outages but we're definitely counting our blessings over here.

Initially, I was NOT a fan of GLP-1 drugs for weight loss and health. While they did help, the muscle loss and side effects were significant. After extensive research, I discovered a way to achieve weight loss and improve health markers using GLP-1s, but without the harsh side effects and muscle wasting. The key is finding the minimal effective dose to avoid issues like nausea, hair loss, and digestive problems. It's about achieving results safely.

I was initially against GLP-1s, seeing them as a way to starve yourself thin. Many patients experienced side effects like nausea, constipation, and even facial aging. Plus, the joint pain it caused worked against my chiropractic practice. But then, I saw the undeniable improvements in their lab work – cholesterol and blood sugar levels were getting better.
