I work with a variety of clients and issues, using a cognitive behavioral approach for goal development and solutions. Clients should determine their focus of therapy, and although I am a trained counselor, I respect my clients' knowledge of themselves, predetermined goals and their needs. I am open to using alternative methods of treatment. I strive to provide a safe environment in which we can work together to solve problems. Therapy varies for each individual and is specific to the issues of each client. I welcome clients who identify that counseling is need for living their best life!
