Loss. This is something that we all experience as humans. Some of us may be experiencing a recent loss or a loss that feels like it was forever ago. Some may be grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, the realization that a dream may not come to pass, the loss of a relationship, or the loss of someone else or something else. Between Mother's Day and COVID-19, grieving may feel even heavier and complex. Sometimes, we need support during the grieving process, even if it is only to say that what you are feeling is okay.

Joining us to talk about grief are Dr. Kenya Coleman and Natalia Midler. We'll dive into aspects of grief such as what it is and looks like, how long it lasts, when grief becomes depression, as well as using acupuncture as a therapeutic tool to provide support during the grieving process.

After you register you will be sent the Zoom link. https://www.schedulicity.com/scheduling/WCFJ7P/workshops (also on events tab in bio)

I look forward to your presence.
