☀️ With this extreme heat, hydration matters more than ever.
When temperatures are this high, your body is working harder to regulate itself.

A few things I recommend:
💧 Drink water consistently throughout the day
🥤 If you’re sweating a lot, consider adding electrolytes.
🌳 Take breaks in the shade or air conditioning when possible.
🚫 Be cautious with too much caffeine or alcohol, which can contribute to dehydration.
