Duties include:

- Submit claims to insurance in a timely manner.

- Audit, detect and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.

- Generate reports for company management.

- Respond to customer complaints and balance adjustments.

- Develop and implement billing procedures specific to the mental health industry and organizational practices.

-Other duties as assigned appropriately to the billing manager

1. In need of a Credentialing Manager, 6-7 hours weekly, managing therapists' credentials and contracts with insurance companies. Schedule TBD. Both in person and remote.

2. In need of an Office Receptionist, 8:30am-2:30pm, Monday thru Thursday. Position includes checking in new and current clients, receiving and making phone calls, managing client charts and records, working with therapists on schedules, scheduling - all done using computer software program. Can start as early as the first week of September.
