If you want a high HRV and better sleep, your nervous system has to be able to shift out of survival mode — and most people don't even know how much they are stuck in fight or flight.

The leaders and high performers we see in our office track their HRV obsessively. Oura rings, WHOOP bands, Apple Watches — they know their numbers.

But they come to us because the number wasn't moving, and they wanted to know why.

After dealing with heavy metal exposure, intense stress, and months of deep fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, and constant headaches, Ellie knew something in her system was overwhelmed.

She shared that it felt like her body was stuck in fight-or-flight and just couldn’t fully recover anymore.
Shortly into care, Ellie noticed a huge shift — about 85–90% improvement.

When Emerson’s family first reached out to our office, it was after he had a bad reaction to a medication that left his nervous system extremely dysregulated.

What had always been a more anxious temperament suddenly escalated into much more intense fight-or-flight symptoms, and they were looking for support to help his system calm down and regulate again.

Through care with us, Emerson began to experience some really encouraging shifts.

One of the first things his family noticed was sleep.

They described it as almost a night-and-day change — Emerson began falling asleep more easily and waking up on a more consistent schedule. With better rest came more resilience during the day.

Over time, they also began seeing improvements in:
