👋 Meet Dr. Madelyn (Maddie) Alles, Au.D.

We're excited to welcome Dr. Maddie Alles to The Hearing Center team!
Dr. Alles earned both her Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and Doctorate of Audiology from Purdue University. She also completed her final year of clinical training right here at ENT Associates – The Hearing Center, making her return especially meaningful.

Dr. Alles provides comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for patients of all ages and hearing rehabilitation services for adults. She sees patients at our Huntington, Warsaw, Southwest, and Dupont locations.

What makes Maddie's story unique is that she was once a patient at The Hearing Center herself. After being diagnosed with hearing loss in sixth grade and receiving hearing aids through The Hearing Center, she knew audiology was the career she wanted to pursue. Today, she has come full circle—returning as an Audiologist to help others on their own hearing journeys. "It's been so rewarding to come back as an Audiologist and be a part of the clinic and team that helped start my hearing journey and career."

When she's not helping patients hear their best, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and pets, reading and collecting books, and hunting for unique antique furniture and décor.

Kicking off the week with a review about Dr. Herendeen, “Thomas Herendeen did both my septoplasty and turbinectomy with "Ear Nose & Throat - Southwest" I was pleased with his knowledge and insight along with a well done surgery. Shorter than it seemed it should have been to heal and it seems others I have talked to had more pain than I did. Thankful for a steady sure hand. Highly recommend! I can breathe so much clearer.”

👋 Meet Abby Beaumont!

We're excited to have Abby Beaumont joining ENT Associates - The Hearing Center this summer as an Audiology Extern!

Abby is a fourth-year Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) student at Purdue University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences in 2023.

Her passion for audiology began with her own personal experience. After dealing with frequent ear infections and hearing loss as a child, Abby developed a strong interest in helping others improve their hearing and quality of life.

One of Abby's favorite aspects of audiology is getting to know patients from all walks of life and providing individualized care tailored to their unique needs. She also enjoys working with hearing aids and helping patients reconnect with the sounds that matter most.

When she's not in the clinic, Abby enjoys traveling, thrifting, painting, and spending time with her cats.

Meet Tyler Keifer, our Audiology Extern!

Tyler completed his undergraduate degree in Child Development at Central Michigan University and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Audiology at Wayne State University.

Inspired by his own experience as a bilateral cochlear implant recipient, Tyler understands firsthand the life-changing impact hearing technology can have. His personal hearing journey fuels his passion for helping patients improve their hearing, navigate their treatment options, and enhance their quality of life.

When he's not in the clinic, Tyler enjoys working out, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and taking day trips—especially to Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. A fun fact? He's one of five siblings, so he knows a thing or two about keeping up with a busy household!

We're excited to have Tyler as part of the team at ENT Associates -The Hearing Center!
