University Park Vision Center would like to honor all of those U.S. military personnel who have fallen during service to our country. We will be thinking of them, along with all of the families that lost a heroic hero for our nation. 🇺🇸🗽Thank you! 💜💜💜💜

I have had some patients ask, so I thought I should share! In October 2025 we held our very first Trunk Show -- between our sales and fundraising raffle we were able to donate $2,325.26 to Oak Farm Montessori School! Thank you all for your support! 🤩

The 20/20/20 Rule Explained

Every 20 minutes:
Take a 20-second break
Look at something 20 feet away

Why it works:
•Relaxes the eye-focusing muscles
•Reduces eye strain, dryness, and headaches
•Helps prevent blurred vision from prolonged near work
•Encourages blinking (we blink less when staring at screens)

This tip works great for anyone who uses computers, tablets, or phones for extended periods of time.
