I know we've grown up in a society that says otherwise about men; the "strong", the "men should not cry", the "men should not ask for help" kinda society, but beneath that skin you'll find nothing but blood. So our dear men, allow yourselves to be human.
It's okay to take a break, It's okay to cry,and again, it's okay to be vulnerable.

*Advice to Men*:-

1. You cannot settle all financial expenses in one day. Those who did are stressed, sick and others are already buried.

2. Please create time to rest, sit alone quietly outside. It's not a sin to sit down, put your feet up and have some popcorn whilst reading a book, watching a film or just relaxing

3. Please sleep, or need be nap, that headache will go. Refusing to take vacation, leave, time out or rest time, means that a family can loose the man.

4. Do not take sedatives to sleep, as they destroy your brain and organs. Best to relax the mind, worry less, switch off, stress less, laugh more, smile more. Everything will pass with time.

5. Stand in front of your mirror, smile to yourself, laugh, even dance, sing, which turns on your positive aura and you'll glow

6. Buy yourself a healthy snack or two, a good nutritious meal with a healthy drink.

7. Do something positive for yourself, so that you can offload the things on your mind.

8. If you're not feeling well, say it, do something about it, go to a health centre, hospital or clinic, do not sit around, your life matters.

9. Check your blood pressure and sugar level regularly, whether you're sick or not. It has saved a lot of men's lives in the past.

The above is also good for women. Enjoy 2022 and beyond in good health and abundance

Happy World Autism Awareness Day🥳💕

The best way to celebrate Autism Awareness is to become increasingly aware of the characteristics of people with this condition.Let there be inclusivity, they just need to be included in the social interactions and feel loved accepted. They don't want to win in the games, they just want to be included, accepted and loved 😊😊
All the best as you embark to do so!!

I would like to expose a situation. If your children don't learn with children with special needs at school and have never been taught that not everyone is equal, maybe you should spend 10 minutes tonight to explain it to them, because although they don't currently live with these children at school, they will find them in their lives for sure.
In light of recent events regarding the exclusion of a child with autism from attending a school trip and a child with Down Syndrome being expelled from dance class because she couldn't keep up with it, I feel the need to share this. There are boys and girls that no one invites to birthday parties. There are special children who want to be part of a team but are not selected because it's more important to win than to include these children. Kids with special needs aren't weird , they just want what everyone wants: to be accepted!
Can I ask a question? Is there anyone willing to copy and paste this post on their wall without sharing it, like I did, for all the special children out there?
Please teach your children to be kind to these beautiful children!
Everyone needs love and kindness ❤️

As a practitioner in the mental health field, I SILENCE. I choose to remind us as a society that it is okay to be vulnerable and talk about whatever it is that we're going through. . That,it is okay not to be okay as long as you don't go through it alone. Talk about it.
