💉 1 Model: Midface + Jawline Contouring

Date: Thursday, June 18th
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Bougie Aesthetics | Fort Worth, TX
Ideal Age Range: 40–55 years old

REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Must be available June 18th from 9 AM–12 PM
✔ Must be comfortable receiving injectable treatment in an educational training setting
✔ Must be comfortable with full photo/video consent for social media, website, and educational use
✔ Must be open to treatment recommendations based on trainer/provider assessment
✔ Must disclose previous filler/injectable history
✔ Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
