As we wrap up Admissions Coordinator Week, we want to shine a spotlight on someone who means so much to Arbor Lake — our incredible Admissions Director, Jackie Hughes.
Jackie has been a part of the OPCO family since September 2019 and has served as Arbor Lake’s Admissions Director since April 2021. Her passion for helping others, dedication to our residents and families, and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable part of our team.
To know Jackie is to love Jackie. She has one of the biggest hearts you’ll ever meet and a way of making everyone feel welcome, cared for, and important. Whether she’s helping a family navigate a difficult transition, supporting a resident, or encouraging a coworker, Jackie always leads with compassion and kindness.
The relationships she has built throughout the years are a true reflection of who she is. She greets everyone with a smile, treats people like family, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure those around her feel supported and loved.
