✨ Employee Spotlight: Stephanie, HR Coordinator ✨

This week we’re giving a shoutout to Stephanie Oliver, who wears many hats, one of them being our HR Coordinator!

Stephanie does so much behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. From hiring and onboarding amazing team members to supporting our employees every step of the way, she plays a huge role in making River Oaks the place it is.

When our staff feel supported, they’re able to provide the best possible care to our residents. That positive impact starts long before someone ever steps onto the floor, and Stephanie helps make that happen every day.

We’re so thankful to have you on our team, Stephanie! 💙

Yesterday we celebrated our birthdays, anniversaries and our TWO Employees of the Month 🎉🎉 Thank you to the ones who came in on your day off to accept your employee of the month award and your birthday goodies!

This month we had two employees who really stood out. They went above and beyond picking up shifts and caring for our residents day in and day out. The best part about these two is they make it fun! You can always find them laughing with our residents, dancing for them to make them smile, and making them feel beautiful/handsome with their grooming standards! Their fun and bubbly assets really set them apart 🫶 Huge thank you to DiAndrea and Tyrica for all you do for our residents here at River Oaks! Your dedication never goes unnoticed!
